Late Arrivals: Self Check-in options are available upon request and require at least 24 hours prior arrangement
Boardwalk Lodge is built on a forested slope and access to studios or chalets require climbing stairs. Please ensure you and all people in your group are physically able to climb stairs. Unfortunately Boardwalk lodge is not wheelchair friendly.
Our porterage service is available to assist with carrying luggage between 8:00am to 4:30pm. At least 48 hours prior arrangements are to be made for late arrivals wanting assistance with luggage.
Secure outside parking is available on the premises and access is controlled by a traffic boom. There is only one parking per room/chalet available. Special arrangements must be made for trailors, etc. as parking space is limited.
Transfers can be arranged through a third party service on request. 24 hour notice is required to make arrangements and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Our reception hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm daily. We do however move around in the lodge from time to time so should you find the reception door closed please call or WhatsApp +27 61 523 5081
As much as we love pets, they are regrettably not allowed at the Boardwalk Lodge.
Please note that the lodge is affected by loadshedding however we have some contingencies in place and all units have the following:
